The Goddess Circle is to empower and celebrate the divine feminine energy within a sacred space.

A day of learning the fundamentals of spirituality, manifestation exercises, collective energy reading, raising divine feminine energy and sisterhood.

Sister Awo Yaa Dede founder Goddess Rising Ghana commenced with the fundamentals of spirituality to express our inner feelings.

What is spirituality. Connecting with divine self, from the soul, own experiences, way of life, freedom, unites despite beliefs, god within you, higher power rooted in different belief systems, become one with god, no limits, inner awareness of life, sacred, journey of self discovery – who are you. Explore, identify, use sources to understand own life. 

Devine feminine energy
We learnt the importance of holding space in order to raise our divine feminine energy. This also looked at ways to tap into our inner energy and release the power.

Ways to Embrace your femininity and unleash your inner goddess

Body movement – dance.

Affirmations and Meditation to balance energy and grounding.

Be part of a Sisterhood.

Treat yourself to pampering day or retail therapy.

Find a creative activity.

The manifestation exercise of stretching the body with a combination of movements to un-release stress, tension. 

We also learnt a routine of how to get our body flowing in slow sensual movements to music.  

The day ended with a collective energy reading, drinks and networking.
