Vibrant Vegan Association of Ghana – An annual plant based vegan market that took place over 3 days at the Accra Art Centre, under the theme: Eat Kind, Live Kin.
The VVESOG has been in Ghana over 10 years – with main objectives to educate on healthy lifestyle and plant based nutrition, building immunity, animals activism and eco friendly community. Led by Doe a health and wellness advocate. IG: @vvesog_vegan
Event – Over the 3 days there was a variety of Speakers from alternate health doctors, naturopaths, herbalists, vegan food activists, vegan chefs, entrepreneurs, African Yoga instructors, animal rights advocates, wellness & lifestyle coaches.
Exhibition – There was vendors selling different types of plant based food, accessible ingredients, natural products, arts, crafts, grains and drinks. I purchased some seamoss cream and of course ate some delicious food.
Award – There was an awards ceremony – which I was shocked and honoured to receive a certificate for my recognition in loyalty and commitment to supporting the association.
